Bacon, Bots and Teamwork
Bacon, Bots and Teamwork by Josh Epperson is definitely worth a look. We are all at a pivotal moment right now; those who fail to adapt will be left behind.
This isn't about AI replacing humans. It’s about accepting that agents are many times better than us in specific areas. Epperson provides a framework to help identify when to deploy an agent and when to proceed with human collaboration.
My general rule of thumb is that any framework is better than none at all. I can’t guarantee the book describes the absolute best method—even the author admits nobody knows yet, given that no one on Earth has spent 10,000 hours with agents to become a true expert. Still, it’s packed with insights on how to get started or refine your current setup. The section offering practical recipes to address fears and pushback against agents is particularly good.
It's not the size of War and Peace. Read it.
